Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about the Custom Bourbon Tours booking process and services.

Do your prices include the tour tickets or just the transportation?

Our Custom Tour pricing includes transportation and admission to three distillery tours.

What is the difference between a public and a private tour?

A public tour departs from downtown Lexington and tours a set schedule, a private tour is just your group and we customize the itinerary to your desire.

How long is the Tour?

This depends on your itinerary, Tours can be as short as 6 hours or as long as 9.

Do your tours include Lunch?

Normally, no, but we can include lunch in the itinerary.

Where do you pick us up?

We pick you up from wherever you are staying and deliver you back there at the end of the day.

Is the tip included?

Driver gratuity is completely optional yet highly encouraged.

Can we visit more than 3 distilleries?

Yes, but, additional distilleries will incur additional charges.

How far in advance should we book?

For best distillery availability you want to book at least 2 months in advance

How do your payments work?

We take a 30% deposit, the 35% 14 days before your trip and the last 35% 7 days prior to your tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a tour is booked the transportation is fully refundable up to 14 days out. Distillery tickets are not refundable once the tour is booked. A 50% credit will be issued for any distillery tickets procured by us for use on a future tour. Cancellations within 14 days of your tour your deposit will be forfeited.
